The mission of Macphail Harding is to help clients achieve their goals by providing high quality, ethical legal counsel and tactical advice. We will work with you to understand your goals and intentions, resolve current issues and proactively anticipate and prevent future problems. Our Vision

Our vision is to be a leader in the areas we serve – Wills and Estates; Family Law, Real Estate and Small business. We endeavour to build our Firm’s reputation by satisfying each of our clients’ needs – client by client, one successful outcome at a time.

Macphail Harding began its journey in 1978, with David Macphail. Through the years there have been many positive additions, and through the ebb and flow of change became Macphail Harding in the mid 1980s when Richard Harding became part of the firm. By 2011 Macphail Harding moved to its present location on 14 Str. NW. Arlene Blake joined the office in 2012, another obvious fit with similar values and purposes. When David retired in 2015 Arlene took over his practice but maintained the Macphail Harding name. Today our team is comprised of like minded colleagues who strive to provide efficient, responsive, ethical counsel.

Our core values guide the way in which we interact with our clients and each other. They are the standard to which we are accountable in all situations.

 Effective September 30, 2023 we will be vacating our offices at 201 2004 14th St NW.

Effective November 1, 2023 we will join the practice of WBA LAW LLP and will be located at:

During the month of October we are working remotely, but will be able to provide our standard services including meeting with clients.
