About

Our team includes attorneys with years of experience handling cases throughout courtrooms in Alberta.

Our vision is to be a leader in the areas we serve – Wills and Estates; Family Law, Real Estate and Small business. We endeavor to build our Firm’s reputation by satisfying each of our clients’ needs – client by client, one successful outcome at a time.

About Us

Macphail Harding began its journey in 1978, with David Macphail.  Through the years there have been many positive additions, and through the ebb and flow of change became Macphail Harding in the mid 1980s when Richard Harding became part of the firm.  By 2011 Macphail Harding moved to its present location on 14 Str. NW. Arlene Blake joined the office in 2012, another obvious fit with similar values and purposes. When David retired in 2015 Arlene took over his practice but maintained the Macphail Harding name. Today our team is comprised of like minded colleagues who strive to provide efficient, responsive, ethical counsel.
